We touch on topics such as jumping, running, leaping, dodging and horizontal movements. Manipulative skills throwing, catching, kicking, refined hand to eye coordination, dribble and overhead throwing. The final but overlooked is sharpening stability skills such as balance, bending, anti rotation and how to properly engage core muscle for best performance.
