About Aaron

Aaron T. Lindsay, a resident of Washington DC. received his love for fitness and personal training while attending the University of the District of Columbia while studying Public Health. During his studies, he became very interested in anatomy, functional movement and mechanics of the human body. At that point, he decided to be more hands on with the conditioning and strengthening aspects of human development. From there, he became a certified personal trainer through ISSA (INTERNATIONAL SPORTS SCIENCE ASSOCIATION). During this time, he worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for 7 years. While there, he created physical rehab protocols for in office and home exercise programs. Mr. Lindsay successfully helped hundreds of clients pre opt and post opt physical rehab while there. Since then, he has also worked with the University of Maryland Football program, Laurel High School basketball and several competitive marathon runners. Recently certified in TRX suspension training, DBC level 1: Biomechanics and Human Movement, Strength and Conditioning coach and Owner of Fitness Theory Training.
