Running & Corrective Training
Fitness Theory’s running program provides support to runners of all levels. The objective of the running program is to help all runners develop the best functional movement in motion, while also creating better habits for preparing them for their run and how to properly recover.
The program is broken down into 4 key components:
1) Assessment: Getting the general background on a runner’s prep, average mileage weekly, speed, & race preparation.
2) Observation of a Runner: This is stage when the coach comes out to get some footage of runner’s stride, foot placement, warm ups before running and breathing pattern observation.
3) Plan: This is the stage runner is given recommendations on warm ups, breathing, corrective exercises and help with any weakness/ improve on strengths.
4) Recover: This is the stage the coach gives recovery methods which all are customized for the particular runner.

Sessions: $90 per session

Fitness Theory Athletes
Fitness Theory Athletes is a sport specific skilled program that helps with various aspects of all sports.
We touch on the following Locomotor skills:
Jumping, running, leaping, dodging and horizontal movements. Manipulative skills, throwing, catching, kicking, refined hand to eye coordination, dribble and overhead throwing.
The final but overlooked sharpen stability skills such as balance, bending, anti rotation and how to properly engage core muscle for best performance
Private session: $100 per session (session 1 and 20 mins)
