Physical Therapy Background
Personal training is a great passion for Aaron. Aaron's first love has always been helping people in any aspect of the body. Aaron realized this as he worked 7 years as a Physical Aide/ Certified Chiropractic Assistant in the state of Maryland. During this time, Aaron got a better understanding of the human body as he assisted in creating rehab protocols and home exercise programs for clients of the clinic with the approval of the licensed chiropractor. Aaron has helped hundreds recover from car accidents, post op surgery, sports injuries, and the day to day strain on one's body. Aaron has adopted a lot of the methods he learned during that time to his clients today. Whether that's corrective exercise for an advanced athlete to your everyday stay at home mom. In fact he likes to bridge the gap between physical therapy and personal training. In his opinion, the two go hand in hand. If you are looking for someone to help you continue to get stronger and stay as functional as possible after being discharged from any rehabilitation program Aaron is the right fit for you. Aaron believes " Sometimes retraining bad habits is the best way to create great reward in the present which yields complete success behaviors and maximum results in the future".
